Over 20 years of experience in talent development, ranging from non-profit healthcare to privately held oil and gas, from new employee orientation/onboarding and software training to interpersonal skills and leadership development. Masters Degree in Human Relations with emphasis on Organizational Development/Training and Development from University of Oklahoma. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance from Association for Talent Development (ATD).
